Games Liability

• Whilst game play is partially supervised by members of our team, customers will take precautionary measures to ensure their own safety whilst playing

• Customers will not be allowed to play the games if they are deemed too drunk

• Using the games equipment in an improper manner, with unnecessary force, or in any other way than instructed, will result in the player being removed from the games area, or from our venue if deemed necessary

• Players may not sit on, climb on top of, or access the inside areas of the game booths during game play

• No game equipment may be removed or taken away from the intended playing areas at any time

• If a customer notices at any point during their visit that something is broken, they will not attempt to fix it themselves and will alert a member our team immediately

• At our “Shots Fired” shooting game, players must point their laser gun away from other players and team members when active. If these terms are not abided by, the player will not be permitted use of the game.

• Customers will alert a member of our team to any pre-existing injuries, illnesses, mobility issues, or disabilities prior to game play so that the correct precautionary measures can be taken

• Customers purchasing <18s tickets (Newcastle only) will ensure that anyone under 18 years is accompanied at all times by a responsible adult, and that their group adheres to above points regarding responsible game use
