Can someone under 18 come along?
Although we’re all big kids here at Fayre Play, we operate a strict adults only policy in our venues, so anyone under 18 will be unable to attend.
Please note that as we operate under a Challenge-25 policy, you may be asked for ID upon entry. In accordance with licencing guidelines we accept Passports and Drivers Licences as valid forms of ID.
What form of payment should I bring?
Our venues only accept card or contactless payments, so there’s no need to bring cash with you on the day. Worried about splitting the bill? We can process separate card payments for you, no bother.
Where are you located/how do I get there?
You can find our fun-filled venue at 124 Portman Street, in the Kinning Park area which is easily accessible from the city centre of Glasgow. Simply hop on the subway from Buchanan Street or St Enoch, ride for approx 10 mins then get off at Kinning Park. We’re then less than a 5 minute walk away.
There are also bus routes from the city centre that stop near our venue, or we’re around a 30 – 40 minute walk if you fancy the trek! Taxis/Ubers are also an option for a quick journey from the city centre.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are more than welcome, so feel free to rock up and roll up! If you’re part of a group or if you need a specific arrival time however, we advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note, spaces tend to fill up on Fridays & Saturdays so we advise booking ahead to guarantee your space.
I’m running late - can I still play?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’re afraid we can’t guarantee you a new slot. Please chat to our friendly front desk team when you arrive, and they’ll be more than happy to confirm if there are any alternative slots available.
If you prefer, we can reschedule your booking to an alternative date. Just send us your booking reference along with your preferred slot, and we’ll amend your booking.

Yes! If you’d like to skip the hassle on the day, you can purchase our “Games, Food & 2 Drinks Package” which gets you:

Do you have gluten free/veggie/vegan options?
We have something for everyone here at Fayre Play! We can make alterations to some dishes to make them gluten free for our coeliac pals, and we have some bangin’ veggie & vegan options too.

How can I win a prize?
Whilst our focus is more about having fun playing our games against yer pals, we do have a variety of fun prizes available!
At Duck Hunt (hook-a-duck), bag a mini-prize by hooking a duck with a star on the bottom. (Difficulty level: a game of chance for lucky duckers)
You can also have a go at winning one of our duck plushies by collecting prize stamps. To be in with a shot you’ll need to achieve over a certain number of points at each game. (Difficulty level: ducking hard!)
Do you do NHS/Blue Light discount?
We offer our game play tickets and food & two drinks package at a discounted price for NHS and Blue Light staff!
These tickets are valid on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, and can be booked by clicking here.

Do you do Student/Trade discount?
Yes! Students & Trade can enjoy savings on the games with our “Game & Drink Ticket”. These tickets are valid on Thursdays and Sundays, and can be booked online.

What are the Lucky Duckers package Terms & Conditions?
Each Lucky Duckers package purchased includes: two rounds on all nine of our fairground games, one 75cl bottle of prosecco, one hot dog or corn dog (gourmet cheesy corn dog not included) with house fries, and a guaranteed baby duckie plush prize per person. The package guarantees one prize per person, to be a 20cm baby duck unless the player gains 6 stamps/10 stamps in which case the prize will be upgraded to a wee duck/big duck. Prizes are to be redeemed after all game rounds have been completed. Tokens cannot be pooled for larger ducks. Maximum 6 players per booking. Available Thursdays & Sundays
